5. No Refunds or Returns Policy

5.1 Digital Product Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery and nature of our services, all sales are final. Once you receive access to your AI coach, PDF courses, or master course bundles, you immediately gain the full benefit of the digital product. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5.2 Access Upon Purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access to digital content and hereby waive any right to a refund or cancellation that might otherwise be available for physical goods or delayed services.

8. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital products for your personal, non-commercial use only.

When you interact with our AI coaches, you may provide personal information, reflections, or other content. You retain ownership of your personal content, but you grant NuraCove a license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Modifications and Availability

11.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NURACOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
  • Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of our services

11.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall NuraCove's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to NuraCove in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
